Castell Moel is a ruined 16th century fortified L-plan manor house located near to its original motte on a high ridge overlooking the Rover Towy. It was built by the Rede family. Although part of the castle may have at one time included mock battlements, it is doutbful that the building was ever intended for serious defensive purposes.

Sadly, there is no history assciated with the castle.
